摘　　要：简析图书馆组织结构,分析图书馆组织结构的研究现状及模式类型,探讨用户视角下图书馆组织结构模式的设计。The paper briefly discusses the organizational structure of library, and analyzes the present research situation on library organizational structure and model types, and studies the organizational structure designing based on the perspective of users.
