摘　　要：高校图书馆要搞好现代参考咨询服务工作,就必须针对高校图书馆现代参考咨询服务的新特点、新问题,围绕服务观念、信息源、服务方式、服务范围、服务手段、服务对象、服务人员及其相关问题制订创新策略,采取有效措施,才能实现现代参考咨询服务的价值,实现图书馆优质高效服务于用户的终极目标,实现高校图书馆现代参考咨询服务的可持续发展。Centering on the service idea, the information source, the service mode, the service area, the service method, the service object, the service personal and the correlation question, the universities library should make innovating strategies and take the effective measures in connection with the new characteristic and the new question of the modem reference service, only thus can it achieve the modem reference service value, realize the ultimate goal of the library to service the users excellently and effectively, bring about the sustainable development of the modern reference service value in the university library.
