摘  要:通过分析变矩箱前壳体的压铸成型工艺,确定了模具结构设计方案。为了便于安装和固定嵌件,采用型腔倾斜结构;为了模具的制造与检验,将模具镶块基准做成同等倾斜使镶块尺寸与产品尺寸基准一致;为使定模顶出机构安装便捷、占用空间小,使用了碟形片组合弹簧顶出的新型结构。模具结构设计改善效果显著,生产实践证明模具设计是成功的。The structural design scheme of a die casting die was determined based on analysis on the die casting process of the front casing of a torque-converter housing. In the design, cavities were arranged slantways for the easy installation and fixing of inserts; the insert' s reference was made the same angle with cavities so that the reference of insert dimensions are in accordance with the product dimensions; an integrated belleville springs stripping mechanism was applied for its easy installation in fixed half and for less space requirement. The technique proves to be effective.
