摘　　要：目前国内正在进行20kV电网的建设改造工程,针对我国20kV电压等级供电设备短缺的情况,研制出额定电流1 250 A、额定短路开断电流25 kA的24 kV户外高压交流真空断路器。对整体结构和弹簧操动机构进行了介绍,并利用ANSYS软件对绝缘结构进行了仿真设计,并提出改进方案。At present, construction and renovation projects of 20 kV power grid are ongoing. Aiming at shortage of 20 kV voltage level power supply equipment, a type of outdoor 24 kV high voltage AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker, rated current 1 250 A, rated short-circuit breaking current 25 kA, has been developed. The paper introduces the whole structure and the spring actuator of the vacuum circuit breaker, simulates and designs insulation structure by using ANSYS software. At the same time, improved project is put forward.
