摘　　要：提出了当前双螺杆挤出理论研究中应注意的几个问题，分析了这一研究中的难点。就双螺杆挤出过程中可视化技术和在线检测技术的应用，物料运动的多样性，对啮齿区的处理等提出了一些新的观点。This　paper　presents　several　issues　on　study　of　twinscrew　extrusion　theory　and　analysizes　the　difficulties　in　the　study.Some　new　concepts　are　also　raised　in　which　the　application　of　visualization　technology,online　test　technology,the　manifold　of　polymer　motion　behaviour　in　twinscrew　extrusion　and　the　dealing　with　the　effect　of　intermeshing　region　in　theory　study　are　included.
