小肠插管造影对肠易激综合征的诊断及黄连汤对其影响

摘　　要：目的:为胃肠道功能性病变的诊断以及观察疗效,探索出一种准确率较高之法。方法:通过黄连汤治疗的180例临床诊断为肠易激综合征患者常规胃肠道双对比造影和小肠插管造影的比较,来分析治疗情况和造影显示情况。结果:经黄连汤治疗后,患者治疗有效率达79.44%,小肠造影显示满意合格率达87.69%.结论:小肠插管造影在肠易激综合征中药治疗中,既可观察治疗效果,又能不受胃肠道影像重叠的干扰,而观察其功能改变情况,是肠易激综合征治疗过程中一种行之有效的检查方法。Objective Finding a correct and efficient method to examine the functional gastrointestinal disorders and observe the curative effect. Methods Analyzing the treatment and result of the Radiography by comparing double contrast barium gastrointestinal examination and the Radiography of Intubation on the Small Intestine of 180 patients who had Irritable bowel syndrome and took Chinese medicine. Results After taking the Huang Lian formu- la, the effective cure rate is up to 79.44% and the satisfaction rate of the Radiography of Intubation on the Small Intestine is up to 87.69%. Conclusion In the treatment of Irritable bowel syndrome, the Radiography of Intubaion on the Small Intestine can both observe the treating effect and avoid the disturbance of overlap of the gastrointestinal image so that it can observe the change of its function, and this is an effective method in the course of treating the Irritable bowel syndrome.
