摘  要:采用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为基质,以密度分别为0.18g/cm3和0.29g/cm3的中空玻璃微珠(GB)XS1和XS2为填料,通过挤出共混法制备EVA/GB隔热复合材料。探讨了不同中空玻璃微珠对复合材料热导率、热稳定性和拉伸强度的影响,并考察了复合材料与玻璃的黏合强度。结果表明,复合材料的热导率随GB用量的增加而不断下降;当GB用量为20份时,填充粒径均为40μm的中空玻璃微珠XS1和XS2的复合材料的热导率分别为0.1970W/(m·K)和0.2199W/(m·K),与未填充EVA相比,分别下降了33.4%和22.5%;以中空玻璃微珠XS2为隔热填料时,所制备的EVA/GB复合材料的热导率随粒径的增大呈不断下降的趋势。填充粒径为40μm和90μm的中空玻璃微珠XS2的复合材料与玻璃的黏合强度在所考察的GB用量范围内均大于30N/cm,并且随GB用量的增加缓慢下降。随GB用量的增加,填充高密度玻璃微珠XS2的EVA/GB复合材料的拉伸强度先增大,随后减小;当粒径为40μm的XS2用量为5份时,所制备的EVA/GB复合材料具有最大的拉伸强度32.26MPa,比未填充EVA提高了16.5%。Ethylenevinyl acetate (EVA)based heat-insulation composites were prepared by extrusion blending using hollow glass bead (GB) XS1 and XS2 with density of 0. 18 g/cm^3 and 0. 29 g/cm^3 as filler. The effects of different hollow glass beads were investigated on the thermal conductivity, thermal stability and tensile strength of the EVA/GB composites, and the adhesive strength of composites to glass was determined. The results indicated that the thermal conductivity of the EVA/GB composites decreased continuously with the increase of GB content; when the GB content was 20 phr, the thermal conductivity of composites filled with hollow glass bead XS1 and XS2 possessing the same particle diameter (40 μm) are 0. 1970 W/(m· K) and 0. 2199 W/(m · K) respectively, which were 33.4% and 22.5% lower than that of unfilled EVA. The thermal conductivity of composites filled with hollow glass bead XS2 declined continuously with an increase of particle diameter. When the glass beads XS2, whose particle diameter was 40 μm and 90 μm, respectively, were used to prepare EVA/GB composites, their adhesive strength to glass were all higher than 30 N/cm within the range of GB content investigated, and decreased slowly with an increasing GB content. As the GB content increased, the tensile strength of EVA/GB composites filled with high-density hollow glass bead XS2 increased firstly, and then declined. The EVA/GB composite filled with 5 phr of high-density hollow glass bead XS2, whose particle diameter was 40 μm, possessed the maximum tensile strength 32.26 MPa, which was 16.5% higher than that of unfilled EVA.
