摘  要:建立了加速溶剂萃取(ASE)提取,测定电子电气产品塑料部件中灭蚁灵的气相色谱-质谱方法。塑料样品经冷冻研磨机粉碎后,采用加速溶剂萃取仪在80℃,10.3MPa用异丙醇和正己烷(体积比为95:5)为萃取剂静态提取样品5min。自制ABS阳性样品,充分优选了提取方式。本方法在0.001~0.1mg/kg和0.5~60mg/kg两个质量含量范围内具有良好的线性关系。1、5、50mg/kg三个质量含量水平的加标回收率介于90%~118%之间,相对标准偏差≤8.37%。该方法的线性范围广,准确度高,精密度好,能够满足实际样品的测定。The best extraction method to accelerate solvent extraction (ASE) and a fast and effective method for determination of Mirex in plastics from electrical/electronic products was developed. Plastic samples were ground with accelerate solvent extraction at 80℃, 10. 3MPa for 5min using hexane and isopropanol (V: V =95: 5) as extractant. With self-made acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) positive sample, optimized the extraction methods. This method had a good linearity in the range of both 0. 001 -0. 1mg/kg and 0. 5 - 60mg/kg. The average recoveries of the standard addition experiments to the blank samples as 1, 5, 50 mg/kg varied from 90% to 118% and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were ≤8. 37%. This method had practicability, speed and accuracy with high reproducibility and high sensitivity which could meet the actual sample need.
