摘  要:胜利油田临盘采油厂盘7-1站埋地混输管道结垢严重,腐蚀穿孔频繁。通过利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜能谱分析(SEM/EDX)等方法对该管道内、外壁腐蚀产物和垢物进行综合分析,确定了导致被检管道腐蚀穿孔的主要原因是CaCO3结垢引起的垢下氧浓差腐蚀和SiO2引起的冲刷腐蚀,这为管道的更换、维修及腐蚀防护提供了科学依据,对保障管道安全运行具有重要意义。There are severe scaling and frequently corrosive perforating in the buried mixed transmission pipelines at Pan-7 Station of Shengli Linpan Oil Production Plant. By means of X ray diffraction (XRD) and scan electronic microscope energy spectrum (SEM/EDX) to perform comprehensive analyses on the corrosive products and scales on the wall of the pipeline, the main causes of corrosive perforation are founded to be the underneath scale oxygen concentration difference corrosion induced by CaCO3 scaling and the erosive corrosion induced by SiO2. These analyses supply a scientific basis for pipeline replacement, repair and corrosion protection, that is significant to ensure pipeline safe operation.
