企业竞争优势演化的关键影响因素研究

摘　　要：获得企业竞争优势是企业利于不败之地的保证。基于演化经济学和竞争优势的相关理论,从企业惯例、选择环境、搜寻机制出发来分析企业竞争优势演化的关键影响因素,并分析了各个影响因素的组成部分,采用因子分析等方法来研究各个影响因素之间的关系。实证分析表明,企业惯例对竞争优势产生了直接的正向作用,而搜寻机制则主要通过影响企业惯例进而影响企业竞争优势的建立,选择环境在企业惯例、搜寻机制对竞争优势的影响中起到了调节作用。Gaining competitive advantage is conducive to an invincible position. Based on the perspective of evolutionary economics and relevant theories of competitive advantage, this paper analyzes the key factors of evolution of competitive advantage from enterprise routines, selection environment and search mechanism. Then it analyses the components of the key factors and studies the relationship between the various key factors using methods such as factor analysis. The empirical analysis shows that the enterprise routines produce the positive role directly to the competitive advantage, search mechanism mainly influences the enterprises competitive advantage though the enterprise routines, and selection environment plays regulating function in the influence the enterprise routines and search mechanism to the enterprises competitive advantage.
