摘　　要：在制造业和服务业相互融合的过程中,复杂产品系统企业将开展集成解决方案、实施业务转型,作为持续竞争的一种重要手段。在文献研究的基础上,明确了复杂产品系统企业中集成解决方案的业务内容及复杂产品系统企业开展集成解决方案业务转型的必要性,探究了复杂产品系统企业开展集成解决方案业务转型的关键活动。During the integration business transformation towards in basis of literature, process of manufacturing and service industries, CoPS enterprises make tegrated solutions as an important means of ongoing competition. On the clearing business content of integrated solutions and the necessity of carrying out business transformation to integrated solutions in CoPS enterprises, exploring the key activities enterprises developing business transformation of integrated solutions, during CoPS hoping to provide a theoretical guidance to the practice of enterprises.
