摘　　要：介绍了嵌入式视频监视系统的结构,设计了一个基于RTP协议的MPEG-4同步层打包方案,使用C++语言和Windows操作系统对MP4文件进行解析,取出媒体数据和相应的同步信息。保证MPEG-4媒体数据在IP网络上的正确、高效传输。最后,对所设计的方案模拟验证,结果表明该方案可行。The structure of MPEG-4 file format was analyzed. Packet solution on MPEG-4 synchronization layer based on RTP was designed. Multimedia file was analyzed by using C ＋ ＋ language and Windows operating system, both media data and synchronization information were retrieved, which ensures the right and efficient transmission of MPEG-4 media data. The result of emulation validation shows that the solution is feasible.
