摘　　要：通过分析钢铁企业的生产流程,结合生产物流与运输方式的特点,研究钢铁企业运输布局与生产物流的关系,提出了一系列运输布局优化方案,并通过实例分析和评价,分析了运输布局与生产物流的优化效果。Analyzing the production process of iron ＆ steel enterprises and based on the characteristics of production logistics and trans-portation mode, the paper studies the relationship between transportation distribution and production logistics, puts forward a series of transportation optimization schemes and through analysis and evaluation of the actual example, it discusses the optimized effect of transportation distribution and production logistics.
