阴茎离断伤显微外科再植术5例

摘　　要：目的探讨阴茎离断伤显微外科技术再植的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2001年至2007年临床收治的5例阴茎部分或完全离断伤经显微外科技术再植的病例,并结合国内外文献复习进行综述。结果5例阴茎离断伤的患者,经急诊显微外科阴茎背深静脉、阴茎背动脉、伴行神经、尿道海绵体及阴茎海绵体的吻合再植术,在阴茎外形、排尿及勃起功能等方面均取得了较好的临床疗效。结论显微外科技术再植离断阴茎疗效满意,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the microsurgical replantation in the treatment of penile amputation. Methods Five cases of patients with penile amputation who underwent microsurgical replantation were retrospectively analyzed from 2001 to 2007 in our hospital. Results Five cases of patients with penile amputation all received microsurgical replantation with urethra, corporal bodies, dorsal vessels and nerves anastomosis. After 1 year follow-up, all five patients regained the satisfactory function such as normal voiding, sensation and erections. Conclusion Microsurgical replantation merit to be widely applied in the treatment penile amputation.
