摘　　要：东莞某大型水质净化厂采用化学强化一级处理工艺(CEPT)处理污染河道水。该工程于2004年春投入生产运行后,存在出水发黑与发臭的问题。根据该工程的实际情况,对混凝沉淀工艺进行了改造;工程实施后达到了预期效果,有效解决了出水发黑、发臭问题。A wastewater purification plant in Dongguan adopts chemically enhanced primary treatment（CEPT） for purification of polluted river water. After being put into operation in spring 2004, the project had the problem of black and smelly effluent. Aimed at the actual problems in this project, the coagulation sedimentation process was reconstructed. After the project implementation, the desired result was reached, and the problem of black and smelly effluent was solved.
