摘　　要：针对已往的车辆管理信息系统缺乏对车辆实时监控以及运行轨迹的记录,造成了管理上的盲点与漏洞,研制了一种可视化车辆管理信息系统,给出了该系统的组成原理,并对各功能模块进行了阐述。该系统结合GPS、SMS和GIS技术实现了动态跟踪与轨迹回放,弥补了传统方法的不足。Traditional vehicle management information systems lack the real-time monitoring and the record of movement tracking, thus resulting in the blind spot and loophole of management. In this paper, the development of visualized vehicle management information systems is described, the system principle is given, and the function modules are presented. By integrating GPS, SMS, and GIS technologies, the dynamic tracing and track replay is realized, which effectively makes up for the deficiency of traditional methods.
