摘　　要：目的探讨Gamma钉治疗老年性股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法2000年1月至2008年1月收治396例股骨转子间骨折患者采用闭合复位、小切口Gamma钉内固定治疗;术后早期进行康复训练,经X光照片检查骨性愈合后才能负重行走。结果术后有8例病人出现切口感染,经过抗炎治疗,换药处理后二期愈合;所有病例无断钉及螺钉退出。随访6～24个月,396例病例均骨性愈合,愈合时间3～8个月;根据临床综合评定标准评定,优270例,良100例,可26例。结论Gamma钉固定术创伤小,患者可早期离床活动,骨折愈合好,康复快,是治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折理想的内固定方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the senile intertrochanteric fracture treated with Gamma nail.Methods All 396 case with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with Gamma nail and early postoperative rehabilitation.Results Incisional wound of 8 cases got infection,and got per secundam intentionem after treatment.All cases were followed up for 12～24 months and obtained bony union without complication.According to the Han＇s criteria,the results were excellent in 270 cases,good in 100 cases and fair in 26 cases.Conclusion It is an ideal method to treat elderly intertrochanteric fractures with Gamma nail for its little wound,good union of fracture,and fast recovery.
