充血性心力衰竭大鼠血浆心钠素与中医心阳气关系的实验研究

摘　　要：目的建立大鼠充血性心力衰竭(CHF)心阳气虚模型,检测大鼠血浆心钠素(ANP)含量,探讨其与中医心阳气相关性,为进一步建立CHF中医证型判定的新标准提供可能的实验室检测指标。方法20只SD大鼠腹腔注射盐酸阿霉素建立模型组,另各设10只SD大鼠腹腔注射参附注射液对照组及生理盐水正常对照组。分别测定大鼠力竭游泳时间、左室收缩压、左室舒张末压等,以确定心功能状态及造模是否成功,同时以放免法测定血浆ANP含量。结果造模后心阳气虚模型组大鼠症状符合CHF及中医心阳气虚证型表现。心力衰竭组大鼠血浆ANP含量显著升高。结论血浆ANP含量能较准确反应心功能状态,其含量变化与心功能呈负相关。提示血浆ANP含量测定可能成为判定心功能状态及划分CHF患者中医证型的一个较可靠的实验室指标。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the atrial natriuretic peptide （ANP） and heart Yang Qi of the rats with chronic heart failure （CHF） and to study the possible mechanism. Methods： The model group （20 SD rats） was given intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin hydrochloride to establish CHF models. The control group （10 SD rats） was given Shenfu Injection and the normal group （10 SD rats） was given normal saline by intraperitoneal injected. The exhaustive swimming time, left ventricular systolic pressure and left ventricular end diastole pressure were recorded. The plasma ANP was determined by radioimmunoassay. Results： The CHF syndromes of model group were consistent with heart Yang Qi failure. The ANP level of CHF group was increased significantly. Conclusions： The concentration of ANP can reflect the heart function accurately, and showed a positively correlated relationship. It suggests that the changes of the ANP concentration can be regard as one of the important basis of the experimental differentiation of TCM syndrome types of CHF.
