肾病1号口服液对实验性急性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察肾病1号口服液对急性肾功能衰竭大鼠肾功能的影响。方法SD大鼠50只随机分为正常组(正常大鼠,生理盐水1.5ml/d灌胃)、模型组(模型大鼠,生理盐水1.5ml/d灌胃)、地塞米松组(模型大鼠,地塞米松0.1mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃)、肾病1号组(模型大鼠,肾病1号口服液10ml·kg-1·d-1及20ml·kg-1·d-1灌胃)。结果肾病1号口服液可使急性肾功能衰竭大鼠血清尿素氮、肌酐降低,尿量增加。结论肾病1号口服液对急性肾功能衰竭有治疗作用。Objective： To research the effects of Shenbing No. 1 Oral Liquid on the renal function of acute renal failure rats. Methods： 50 SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly： control group （normal rats were given NS gastric perfusion l. 5ml/d）; model group（model rats were given NS gastric perfusion 1.5ml/d）; dexamethasone group （model rats were given dexamethasone gastric perfusion0. 1mg·kg^-1·d^-1）; treatment group （model rats were given Shenbing No. 1 Oral Liquid gastric perfusion 10ml ·kg^-1·d^-1 or 20ml ·kg^-1·d^-1） . Results： The serum BUN and Cr of treatment group were decreased, and the urine volume was increased. Conclusion： Shenbing No. 1 Oral Liquid has curative effect to acute renal failure.
