摘　　要：在调研的基础上,分析了城市地下公共空间事故应急预案的现状及问题,提出了城市地下公共空间事故应急预案体系的结构层次及设计的内容,强调了城市地下公共空间事故应急预案的培训演练的重要性。On the basis of investigation and research, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems, suggests the structures and contents of emergency preplan, and furthermore, emphasizes the importance of training and drilling of the accident emergency preplan for urban underground public space.
