摘  要:以活性炭担载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂,采用微波辐射技术,苯酐和异辛醇直接酯化合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯。最佳反应条件为:苯酐和异辛醇的配比为0.15g∶0.64ml,催化剂06g,微波功率525W,微波辐射时间55s,转化率915%。催化剂易分离,且可重复使用。The synthesis of di(2 ethylhexyl)phthalate was performed by esterification of 2 ethylhexyl alcohol and phthalic anhydride in catalysis of p toluenesulfonic acid loaded on active carbon under microwave irradiation. The optimum reaction conditions were as follow:the ratio of phthalic anhydride to 2 ethylhexyl alcohol was 0.15g∶0.64ml,catalyst,microwave power,and microwave irradiation time were 0.6g,525W,and 55s respectively.The conversion rate of phthalic anhydride in the synthesis of DOP was up to 91.5%,the catalyst could be easily separated from reaction product,and used repeatedly.
