摘　　要：目的探讨病案按保管期限进行管理的可行性与方法。方法针对目前病案数量的急剧膨胀与贮存空间有限之间的矛盾,依据国家法律法规,分析不同类型的病案可采取的不同保管期限。结果实行按保管期限进行病案管理有法律依据,是一个行之有效的病案管理方法。结论对于病案库房面积紧张、经济条件不佳而无法开展电子病案、影像病案的医院,采用按保管期限进行病案管理应是较好的选择方案。Objective To explore the feasibility and methods of medical records management according to retention period. Method Based on current contradiction between rapid expansion of numbers of medical records and limited storage space, analyzing different retention periods could adopt different medical records types according to national laws and regulations. Result Implementing medical records management according to retention peri- od was an effective method to manage medical records with law basis. Conclusion For hospitals which cannot develop emedical records and imaging medical records due to storehouse with limited area and poor economy, managing medical records according to retention period is a good choice.
