摘  要:以六亚甲基亚胺为模板剂,采用动态晶化水热法合成出MCM-22沸石。合成过程中容易生成混晶或转晶,适宜的Si/Al比为15~100。对MCM-22沸石进行了物相分析和红外光谱研究,同时考察了它的吸附性能和酸性。在HMCM-22沸石上进行间二甲苯异构化反应催化性能测试,显示出较高的催化活性。结果表明,MCM-22可能同时具有十元环和十二元环两种孔道,孔径分布图在平均孔径0.5nm处出现双峰,也证实它具有两种孔道体系。MCM22 zeolite was synthesized with hexamethyleneimine as the organic template,by hydrothermal motional crystallization method.Zeolite MCM22 can be synthesized as a pure material and as a mixture with MCM49 or,in some cases,contaminated with other products such as ferrierite or ZSM5.The framework topologe of MCM22 has been studied by XRD and IR measures.The adsorption property and acidity of MCM22 has also been studied.The isomerization of mxylene on the acidic MCM22 zeolite has been used as the model reaction of catalysis.The result shows that MCM22 has high catalytic activity and behaves like that of both 10and 12member ring zeolite.The pore size distribution curve of MCM22 (measured by N2 adsorption) shows bimodal pore distribution at average pore diameter of 05 nm which proves additionally that MCM22 has both 10and 12member ring pores.
