摘　　要：通过对水溶液全循环法尿素装置一段分解加热器垢物清洗方法的对比,建议对新设备采用机械清洗,对旧设备采用化学除垢的方法。介绍了XD—08清洗配方的特点及工业应用实例。Comparison of washing and cleaning methods for the primary decomposition heater in urea production of total solution recycling method is given, It is recommended that; mechanical cleaning is used for new equipment, chemical washing in used for used equipment. Feature of XD-08 washing and its application example are also given.
