摘 要:为减少耕作阻力,优化耕整机具结构与性能,基于ANSYS/L-SDYNA利用修正的Drucker-Prager塑性模型、用Lagrange和ALE相结合的方法,以粘性土壤为对象开展了直线刃口刀具对其直角切削的有限元数值模拟,得到了土壤的滑移破坏变形状况、刀具应力分布和切削阻力变化。同时对该土壤开展了室内土槽试验,研究显示有限元仿真结果与试验结果基本一致。In order to reduce the cultivation resistance and optimized the structure and the quality of the tillage tools, the orthogonal cutting process finite clement numerical simulation in viscous soil was developed on the basis of the modified Drucker-Prager plastic model by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA and a combination of Lagrange and ALE. By using this computer simulation,the slipping failure strain condition of the viscrus soil,the cutting tool stress distribution and the changes of the cutting resistance were obtained. Meanwhile,an indoor soil bin test was carried out on the viscous soil, the result of which was the same as that of the computer simulation.
