摘　　要：目的探讨血糖仪准确性评价方法。方法以血糖仪和参比法结果之差绘制血糖仪偏差图，判断血糖仪的准确性。结果依据IS015197准则，当血糖≤75mg／dI（4．2mmol／L）时，三种血糖仪符合率分别为73．53％，97．06％和100％，〉75mg／dl（4．2mmol／L），符合率分别为89．16％，99．40％,99．40％。结论评价血糖仪准确性应当遵循ISO15197准则，“血糖仪偏差图”能够直观地显示血糖仪结果的准确性。Objective To study glucose meter systems accuracy. Methods ＂Bias plots＂ were done by differeces value of all paired glucose meter systems and reference measurements and meters were evaluted. Results Depending on ISO15197 guideline,according rates of three meters were 73. 53%,97.06% and 100% respectively when results ≤75 mg/d,while〉 75 mg/dl were 89. 16% ,99.40% and 99.40%. Conclusion Evaluation of meters must follow ISO15197 guideline. Accuracy of systems can be judged by ＂bias plots＂visually.
