摘 要:目的探讨以检验项目工时和岗位工时调整岗位工作及量化考核岗位绩效的合理性与可行性。方法以基本工序工时法计算检验项目工时和岗位工时,以岗位年工时及构成比进行各岗位间工作绩效的比较与考核。结果所有34个检验项目工时均可用公式计算,即,批量工时-固定工时×批数+变动工时系数×标本量。四个岗住全年工时5052h,相当于月工作日21.05d,工作量饱和度为101.04%;四个岗位工时构成比分别为40.11%,21.94%,23.03%和14.92%,呈明显不均衡状态;以检验项目工时为依据调整岗位问检验项目,实现了岗位间工作量的相对均衡。结论工时是岗位绩效量化考核与岗位工作调整的客观指标,具有公正性、合理性和通用性。Objective To approach the rationality and feasibility to adjust the work-load and quantitatively evaluate the per- formance with operation time of tests (OTT) and of the posts(OTP). Methods To calculate the OTT and OTP with ele- mentary operation time(EOT) method ,compare and assess the performance of the posts with yearly OTP and their consti- tution ratios. Results The OTT of all 34 laboratory tests could be calculated via a formula,i, e,operation time per batch (OTB) = regular operation time × the batch numbers-l-changing operation time coefficient × sample numbers. The yearly OTP of four posts was 5 025 h,as same as monthly OTP being 21.05d and the workload saturation being 101.04%. The OTP constitution ratios of the four posts were 40. 11%, 21.94 %, 23.03 % ,and 14. 92 %, being significantly unbalanced. A relative balance of workload among posts was realized through readjusting tests among the posts according to OTTs. Con- clusion Being fair,rational,and universal,operation time was an objective index to appraise quantitatively the post perfor- mance and to readjust the workload of the posts.
