摘　　要：从水资源系统的宏观角度考虑，探讨了区域水资源优化配置的思路、模型和方法。指出区域水资源优化配置是以水资源评价为基础，通过需水分析、供需平衡来分析确定水资源最优开发方案和基本数据，然后在此基础上建立区域水资源优化配置模型，运用大系统、遗传算法等理论进行求解。并根据已有的研究成果进行综合分析，指出了该项研究尚需进一步探讨和解决的问题。From the viewpoint of water resources system,it discussed the ideas,model and method of optimal allocation to regional water resources and thought that the water resources assessment is the basis of regional water resources allocation. The optimal development scheme and information are determined by analyzing the water demand and balance between water demand and water supply. Based on that, the optimal allocation model for regional water resources is built and it is solved through macro system theory and genetic algorithm method. Considering the present achievements,it put forward the items need to be researched in the next step.
