摘　　要：采用工业化生产的陶瓷微滤膜回收钛白生产中的偏钛酸。研究了膜孔径及主要操作参数对膜过滤性能的影响，确定了适宜的膜孔径和过滤操作参数。重点研究了膜污染的控制技术和膜清洗方法，为陶瓷膜错流过滤回收偏钛酸的工业化奠定基础。A commercial ceramic membrane has been used for recovery of the hydrous titanium dioxide during production of titanium dioxide. The influence of the pore size of the ceramic membrane and operation parameters on the filtration chara cteristics were discussed. It is focused on the control of the contamination and cleaning technology of ceramic membrane to establish a fundamental base for the industrialization of stagger flow recovery of hydrous TiO 2 by use of ceramic membrane.
