老年糖尿病患者低血糖对心脏损伤的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病患者低血糖对心脏的损害。方法检测35例老年糖尿病患者并发低血糖（观察组）和35例无急性并发症老年糖尿病患者（对照组）的血清血糖、心肌酶水平，观察临床症状、心电图。结果①观察组与对照组CK、CK—MB、AST水平差异有显著性；②观察组中有心脏损害临床表现者明显高于对照组。结论老年糖尿病低血糖可诱发、加重心脏病变，应密切监测血糖、避免低血糖对心脏的损伤。Objective To explored the damage of hypoglycemia to the heart in elderly patients with diabetes. Methods The patients were divided into 2 groups：35 elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia （ experimental group）; 35 elderly diabetic patients without acute complications （ control group ）. Blood glucose, CK, CK-MB, AST, LDH were detected. Results （1）Compared with control group, the level of CK, CK-MB, AST and LDH increased more effectively in experimental group. （2）The experimental group with heart damage were higher than control group. Conclusion Hypoglycemia in elderly patients with diabetes could increase the heart damage, the detection of ECG and myocardial enzymes was useful in early diagnosis.
