摘　　要：目的介绍邻指背筋膜皮下组织瓣及游离趾甲床移植修复手指甲床缺损。方法应用筋膜皮下组织瓣及游离趾甲床移植修复手指甲床缺损16例。结果16例筋膜皮下组织瓣及游离趾甲床全部成活，效果满意。结论采用筋膜皮下组织瓣及游离趾甲床移植修复手指甲床缺损是一种简单而有效的手术方法。Objective The introduction borders on carry Jin film on back the organization petal in skin and visit to leave the repair fingernail bed of toe A bed transplantation defection and damage. Methods Use a Jin film the organization petal in skin and visit to leave the repair fingernail bed of toe A bed transplantation defection and damage 16. Results 16 Jin film the organization petal in skin and visit to leave all of toe A beds to become to live, effect satisfaction. Conclusion Adopt a Jin film the organization petal in skin and visit to leave toe A bed to transplant repair fingernail bed defection and damage is a kind of simple but effective surgical operation method.
