摘　　要：中小企业金融服务似乎一直是我国商业银行经营的痛处所在,似乎一直难以的得到有效解决。最近,银监会更是明确要求国有大型银行设立中小企业专营机构。本文以资源观的独特视角对两家美国银行进行了分析,以期对我国商业银行有一些借鉴意义。The financial sendees in small and medium-sized seem to be the sore in China's commercial banks,but it is difficult to obtain an effective method to solve the problem.Recently,the CBRC claimed clearly that the large state-owned banks must set up small and medium-sized franchisees.In this paper,the author analyzed the two U.S.banks at an unique resource perspective in order to provide some useful recommendations to China's commercial banks.
