摘　　要：文章回顾了2010上海世博会中国船舶馆项目的缘起和原江南造船厂设计历程,分析挖掘基地场所和东区装焊车间的价值,确立改造设计原则。文章还阐述了这个改造设计中所遇到的新挑战,并总结经验与遗憾。The article reviews the orig design process of the Ship Corporate Pav analyzing the situation of the site and th in and the lion. After e welding workshop in the west area of the shipyard, the architect decided to build the pavilion by renovating the shipyard. The article expatiates the challenges and experiences in the renovation.
