摘　　要：2010年上海世博会园区区域内遗存有二三十幢近现代建造的工业建筑,特钢大舞台项目即是其中典型的可持续更新案例之一。通过运用"低技环保"理念和"被动式绿色建筑技术"对其进行更新改造并作为世博会场馆使用,不仅合理有效地保护了城市工业遗产,同时也彰显出上海世博会主题"城市,让生活更美好"——与众不同的文化特征。There are dozens of old plant buildings located in the site of the Expo 2010 Shanghai, which was a cradleland of modern Chinese industry. To conserve these industrial relics and to reuse them as pavilions in the Expo not only manifesting the theme of ＂Better City, Better Life＂, also endowing Shanghai Expo with stronger cultural characters. The Event Hall project of the Expo 2010 is a typical case of sustainable renovatinn based on ＂Low-tech environmental protection＂ philosophy and passive green building technology.
