干扰素联合高频电刀电切术治疗肛周尖锐湿疣549例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察干扰素联合高频电刀电切术治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的效果。方法706例肛周尖锐湿疣患者分为2组,单纯手术治疗组157例,干扰素联合高频电刀电切术549例,比较2组的治疗效果。结果单纯手术组治愈101例(64.33%)显效32例(20.38%);干扰素联合高频电刀电切术组治愈415例(75.59%),显效123例(22.40%);干扰素联合高频电刀电切术组治愈率(75.59%),总有效率(97.99%)均明显高于单纯手术治疗组(64.33%和84.71%),(P<0.05)。结论肛周尖锐湿疣是复发率较高的疾病,高频电刀手术切除配合干扰素病损部位注射,可彻底清除疣体、清除病灶、提高治愈率、防止复发。[Objective] To probe into the curative effects of interferon combined with high frequency electrocauteric surgery for anal condyloma acuminatum. [Methods] 706 Anal Condyloma Atuminatum eases were divided into two groups： simple surgical group which was performed surgical were 156 cases, interferon combined with high frequency electrecauteric surgical treatment group were 549 cases, to compare curative effects of them. [Results] The 101 cases of simple surgical group were cured （64.33%）, the condition was turned better in 32 cases （20.38%）. The 415 cases of interferon combined with high frequency electroeauterie surgical treatment group was cured （75.59%）, the condition was turned better in 123 cases （22.40%）, total efficiency （97.99%） was higher than simple surgical operation group （64.33%, 84.71%）, （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusions] Anal eondyloma acuminatum have high recurrence rate. High frequency electrocauterical surgery combined with biologicals injecting to underskin could entirely clear away the condyloma, in the same time improve curative rate and prevent recurrence rate.
