摘  要:目的通过进行白蛋白纳米载体制备工艺的研究,考察固化温度、固化时间、搅拌速度对纳米粒制备的影响,确定白蛋白纳米粒制备的优化条件。方法在其他制备条件固定的情况下,分别采用不同的固化温度、固化时间、搅拌速度,比较不同条件下制备的纳米粒的形态和粒径。结果①搅拌速度2000r/min时的粒径分布范围明显小于500、1000、1500和2500r/min时的范围;②固化温度120℃时的粒径分布范围明显小于60、80和100℃时的范围;③固化时间对粒径分布的影响较小。结论白蛋白纳米粒制备的优化条件为:搅拌速度2000r/min、固化温度120℃、固化时间20min。[Objective] To study the preparing methods of albumin nano-carrier and the influence of preparation conditions of denaturation temperature, time, fixing speed, and define the optimized conditions. [Methods] With other conditions fixed, nanopartieles was prepared with different denaturation temperature, time and fixing speed respectively. Then the shape and diameter of vary nanopatieles were measured. [Results] The diameter distribution of nanoparticles were prepared with the fixing speed at 2 000 r/minutes is apparently more narrow than that at 500, 1 000, 1 500 and 2 500 r/minutes. The diameter distribution of nanopartieles prepared with denaturation temperature at 120℃ is apparently more narrow than that at 60, 80, 100℃. The influence of denaturation time on the diameter of nanoparticles is not obvious. [Conclusion] The optimized prepared nanoparticles was defined on the condition of fixing speed 2 000 r/minutes, denaturation temperature 120℃, denaturation time 20 minutes.
