摘  要:提要:目的研究c-Kit与n-NOS2在豚鼠膀胱Cajal样间质细胞的共表达情况。方法采用培养成年豚鼠膀胱Cajal样间质细胞,c-Kit免疫荧光和n-NOS2免疫荧光双重染色。结果豚鼠膀胱内Cajal样间质细胞体为梭形或卵圆形,常见2~3个细长的突起。c-Kit和n-NOS2免疫荧光双重染色发现两种抗体在Cajal样间质细胞共表达。结论本研究结果提示在豚鼠膀胱Cajal样间质细胞内c-Kit和n-NOS2共存,Cajal样间质细胞具备产生NO的功能,Cajal样间质细胞存在调节膀胱自律活动的结构基础。[ Objective ] To study the distribution of c-Kit and n-NOS2 in adult guinea-pig's bladder cells of Cajal. [Methods] Bladder cells of Cajal from guinea-pigs were examined for detection of c-Kit and n-NOS2 by immunocytochemistry. [Result] The ICCs were seen in adult guinea-pig's bladder. The ceils were spindle shape cells with two slender processes. The c-Kit and n-NOS2 were both expressed in adult guinea-pig's bladder cells of Cajal. [Conclusion] Our results showed that c-Kit and n-NOS2 were both existing in bladder ICC-like cells. Bladder ICCs may produce NO. The ICCs may be involved in the regulation of the auto-rhythm movement of bladder.
