孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异型哮喘血液流变学及血清IL-8、IL-10水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特钠对咳嗽变异型哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)患者血液流变学的影响及可能作用机制。方法选择该院2008年1月～2009年2月70例临床确诊为CVA的患者按照就诊顺序随机分为孟鲁司特钠组和对照组,每组35例,对照组给予常规治疗,孟鲁司特钠组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠10mg,每晚1次,治疗4周,治疗前后分别检测肺功能,血清IL-8、IL-10水平及血液流变学。结果CVA的患者血液流变学、IL-8较健康组均明显升高(P<0.01);血清IL-10水平、FEV1%和FEV1/FVC(%)较健康组均明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.01);与治疗前比较,孟鲁司特钠组治疗后血清IL-10、FEV1%及FEV1/FVC(%)水平明显升高(P<0.01),IL-8水平及血液流变学指标明显降低(P<0.01);与对照组治疗后比较,孟鲁司特钠组高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、IL-8均明显下降,IL-10、FEV1%及FEV1/FVC(%)明显上升,差异均具有显著性。结论孟鲁司特钠对CVA患者临床疗效肯定及有较好预防作用。[Objective] To study the therapeutic effect of hemorheology and lung function with Montelukast on patients with cough variant asthma （CVA）. [Methods] 75 patients with CVA from January 2008 to February 2009 were randomly divided into two groups （Montelukast group and control group）. The control group received routine treatment. The Montelukast group received Montelukast and the rountine treatment with rountine drugs. The elinieal condition were performed before and after treatment, including lung function, hemorheology, IL-8 and IL-10. [Results] The hemorheology and IL-8 in the Montelukast group were significantly decreased than that in the control group after treatment. The levels of IL-10, FEV1% and FEV1/FVC（%） were significantly increased in the Montelukast group as compared with the eontrol group after treatment. The difference have statistieal signifieance. [Conclusion] Montelukast have treatment and prophylaxis effective on patients with CVA.
