摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者低密度脂蛋白免疫复合物与大血管病变的关系。方法随机选择102例2型糖尿病患者:54例伴大血管病变(DM-MA组),48例无大血管病变(DM-MN组),ELISA法测定低密度脂蛋白免疫复合物血清(LDL-ICs)浓度。结果①血清LDL-ICs组间比较:DM-MA组[(78.31±17.53)AU]LDL-ICs较DM-NM组(38.16±5.34)AU显著升高(均P<0.05)。②血清LDL-ICs浓度与其他因素的直线相关回归分析:LDL-ICs与血清BMI、HbA1c、SBP、TC、DBP、TG浓度之间呈现显著正相关性(r值分别为:0.71、0.70、0.66、0.58、0.43和0.37,P<0.05);与血清HDL-C浓度之间呈现显著负相关(r=-0.76,P<0.05);与血清LDL-C浓度之间无明显的相关性(r=0.05,P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病大血管病变患者的血清LDL-ICs水平显著升高。在2型糖尿病患者中,LDL-ICs与LDL-C之间无显著相关性,而与血清TG、TC、HDL-C、HbA1c之间呈现显著相关性。[Objective] This study was designed to observe the clinical significances on low density lipoprotein - immune complexes (LDL- ICs) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and Macroangiopathy. [Methods] Serum LDL-ICs were measured by the method of ELISA. 54 type 2 diabetic patients with macroangiopathy (DMMA) and 48 type 2 diabetics with non-macroangiopathy (DM-MN) were enrolled. [Results] The levels of LDL-ICs in DM-MA (78.31±17.53) AU were singniticantly higher than those in DM-NM [(38.16±5.34)AU, P 〈0.05]. Levels of LDL-ICs were positively correlated with BMI, HbAlc, TC, SBP, DBP, TG (r =0.71, 0.70, 0.58, 0.66, 0.43, 0.37, P 〈0.05). There has no statistically significance correlation between low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and LDL-ICs (r =0.05, P :〉0.05). A significant negative correlation was recorded between HDL-C and LDL--ICs (r =-0.76, P 〈0.05). [Conclusions] First, the levels of LDL-ICs were significantly higher in type 2 diabetic patients, especially in those with macroangiopathy. Second, there was no statistically significant correlation between LDL-ICs and LDL-C, but a significant positive correlation was recorded between LDL-ICs and TG, TC, HDL-C, HbAle.
