摘　　要：引入了Max-代数上向量空间的基的概念,得到了Max-代数上向量空间的基的一些基本性质,证明了在Max-代数上向量空间中两组基之间的所有过渡矩阵中存在唯一的一个可逆矩阵.The concepts of basis in vector spaces over a Max - algebra are introduced. Some properties of bases in vector spaces are described. Also, it is proved that there exists an unique invertible matrix in the set of all transition matrices for a pair of bases in a vector spaces over a Max - algebra.
