摘  要:目的建立健胃消食片中熊果酸和橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用毛细管区带电泳、高频电导检测,1.2 mmol.L^-1三乙胺-HCl(pH10.6)、0.24 mmo.lL^-1β-环糊精为运行缓冲液,分离电压12.5 kV,重力进样10 s(高度20 cm)。结果以布洛芬为内标,熊果酸、橙皮苷的线性范围分别为10.55~105.50 g.ml^-1(r=0.9992)、11.25~113.50 g.ml^-1(r=0.9993);平均回收率分别为97.7%、97.6%。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可用于健胃消食片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of ursolic acid and hesperidin in Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet.METHODS Capillary zone electrophoresis with high frequency conductivity detection was used.The separation was performed on a uncoated fused silica capillary.1.2 mmol·L^-1 of Triethylamine(TEA) buffer containing 0.24 mmol·L^-1 β-cyclodextrin(pH adjusted to10.60 with hydrochloric acid) was selected as the running buffer.The voltage applied was 12.5 kV.The sample was injected by gravity(10 s,20 cm).RESULTS The linear ranges of determination for ursolic acid and hesperidin were 10.55-105.50 g·ml^-1(r=0.9992) and 11.25-113.50 g·ml^-1(r=0.9993).The average recovery for ursolic acid and hesperidin were 97.7% and 97.6%.CONCLUSION The method was proved to be conveient,rapid and well repeatable,and can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.
