摘　　要：总结了昊华宇航化工有限责任公司从提高VCM质量、稳定PVC树脂的黏数、减少杂质粒子数、减少"鱼眼"数、提高表观密度、降低残留VCM含量和建立PVC树脂质量预警机制等7个方面改进PVC树脂质量的具体措施,介绍了低聚合度PVC树脂和HPVC树脂的开发与应用。The concrete measures adopted by Haohua Yuhang Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. to improve the quality of PVC were summarized. The quality of PVC resin was improved in the following seven aspccts： （1）improving the quality of VCM; （2）stabilizing the viscosity number; （3）reducing the number of impurity particles; （4）reducing the number of fish eyes; （5）increasing the apparent density; （6）reducing the residual VCM content;and （7）establishing early warning system. The development and application of PVC resins with low polymerization degree were introduced as well as that of PVC resins with high polymcrization degree.
