摘　　要：在对铁路罐车及洗罐类型的初步介绍后,按检修洗罐工艺流程的需要,以3台位洗罐站工程作为实例对风、汽、水、电等的消耗量进行了分析计算,对总平面布置及洗罐棚设计提出了具体的设计原则和思路,对洗罐站的设计具有一定的指导意义。Based on a brief preview of rail tankers and washing tank styles, this paper systematically analyses the scale of railway washing tank station and the consumption of wind, steam, water, electric power etc. , according to the needs of maintenance and washing tank process. Furthermore, with the needs of production and office facilities, 3-position railway washing tank station is taken to introduce the general layout and washing tank shed layout. This paper has a guiding significance for the design of washing tank station.
