摘　　要：目的:评价重庆地区医院抗肿瘤药的应用现状及趋势。方法:采用金额排序法,对重庆地区18家医院2005～2007年抗肿瘤药的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果:3年中,抗肿瘤药销售金额、用药频度均逐年增加;植物来源抗肿瘤药销售金额排序列第1位,用药频度排序靠前的为氟尿嘧啶、他莫昔芬。结论:重庆地区医院抗肿瘤药应用现状基本符合我国当前的药品总体消耗趋势。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and developmental trend of the use of antitumor drugs in Chongqing. METHODS： The antitumor drugs used in 18 hospitals of Chongqing were analyzed statistically in respect of the order of the consumption sum. RESULTS： Over the 3 years, both the consumption sum and DDDs of antitumor drugs increased year by year; the herbal antineoplastic agents took the lead on the list of consumption sum, fluorouracil and tamoxifen took the lead on the list of DDDs. CONCLUSION： The use of antitumor drugs in Chongqing was in line with the general drug consumption tendency.
