非对称量子阱中非线性三次谐波特性研究

摘　　要：主要研究了一个特殊非对称量子阱中的三次谐波。首先利用量子力学中的密度矩阵算符理论和迭代方法导出了量子阱中的三次谐波表达式,然后以典型的非对称量子阱材料为例作了数值计算。数值结果表明,入射光强以及系统的非对称性对三次谐波的改变有较大影响,从而为实验研究提供理论依据。Within the framework of the compact density matrix approach and an iterative method, the third harmonic generation for asymmetrical quantum well are investigated. Finally, the numerical results are presented for a typical GaAs/A1GaAs asymmetric quantum well. The larger third harmonic generation was obtained in this special quantum well. This is a feasible way to get fine nonlinear materials in experiment.
