摘  要:在新世纪,广东在经济快速发展的基础上,已跨入城市化进程。国际金融危机对中国经济造成严重影响,外向型经济为主的广东首当其冲,加工业速度下滑缓减城市化进程,影响房地事业的发展。比较借鉴国外城市化的成功经验,探讨广东城市群一体化,晾晒房地产成夲,加大保障性住房的建设力度,使城市化和房地产业在严峻的金融危机期间,能够比较健康地发展。In the new century,Guangdong has entered a process of urbanization on basis of the rapid economic development.Today,China's economy has been seriously impacted by the international financial crisis,Guangdong stands in the breach because of its main export-oriented economy.The declining rate of processing industry slows down the process of urbanization and has an impact on the development of real estate.By comparing with and learning from the successful experiences of urbanization in foreign countries,this paper discusses the integration of Guangdong urban agglomerations and exposes the cost of real estate.Indemnificatory housing construction should also be enhanced to make the urbanization and real estate develop healthily development during the serious financial crisis.
