摘　　要：针对变速器在线检测已经成为汽车工业生产流水线重要组成部分的情况，开发了一个基于组态王软件的变速器检测监控系统。阐述了系统的硬件结构和软件总体规划，在介绍使用组态网的数组字典定义变量的基础上，论述了软件中的核心模块一换挡控制模块的流程图和模块的详细设计过程。According to the fact that transmission＇s test-on-hne has been one important part of automobile industry production line, this article introduces the development of transmission＇s test monitor system based on Kingview. This paper illustrates the hardware structure and the general planning of software, then on the basis of defining variable by using data dictionary, it describes flow chart and detailed design of the core module - controlling of shifting gear.
