摘　　要：该文介绍了DVB—T和条件接收的基本工作原理，并在此基础上对基于DVB-T的PCTV条件接收系统进行了设计，并给出了各模块的相关软件设计。此系统基本上实现了对DVB—T信号的调谐和解调，经测试，能通过第三方player清晰流畅的播放透明的以及加扰的节目。This paper introduces the principle of DVB-T and Conditional Access, then the design and realize of PCTV Conditional Access system based of DVB-T are explored. At last, the system can basically realize the Tune and Demodulation of DVB-T signal, After testing, can through third-party player to play a clear and transparent fluid, as well as scrambling programs.
