摘  要:显性纯合两用系转育同源临保系和临保系转育同源显性纯合两用系,两者的选育策略完全不同.纯合两用系转育同源临保系是以纯合两用系可育株作轮回亲本,选显性杂合不育株作定向回交的母本,经高代定向回交,后代自交选择隐性纯合可育株即为同源临保系.临保系转育同源纯合两用系是以隐性纯合可育株作轮回父本,选单基因或双基因杂合体作定向去雄回交的母本,经高代定向回交,后代选育育性分离的株系进行兄妹交,用临保系测显性基因的纯合性而选育出同源纯合两用系.不同遗传模式下的临保系和纯合两用系同源化的选育方法有所不同.该文详细阐述了不同遗传方式下临保系和纯合两用系同源化的技术路线及其遗传模式.The strategies for breeding homogenous homozygous two-type lincs and for breeding homogenous temporary lines are strikingly different. Sterile plants with heterozygous dominant male sterile gene are selected to be pollinated with fertile plants of homozygous two type lines as the recurrent parent to breed for homogenous temporary maintainers. Fertile plants with single or two heterozygous genes are selected to be pollinated with fertile plants of recessive homozygous lines as the recurrent parent, sib crosses are made in the segregation lines, and the temporary maintainer test methodology is used to test homogenous homozygous two type lines. The homogenous breeding methods of homozygous two type lines and temporary maintainer lines are not identical in different genetic models. A detailed discussion of their technological paths and genetic models is presented in this paper.
