临沂市医院信息化建设现状调查分析

摘　　要：为深入了解医院信息化建设现状，并通过分析提出相应对策，采取分层抽样、问卷调查等方式调查了临沂市医院信息化建设情况。结果显示，医院在信息意识、资金投入、人才配备、信息系统建设、信息技术应用和标准化建设等方面均存在不足。鉴于此，提出医院信息化建设应整体规划，分步实施。加大资金投入，培养复合型人才，全面应用医院信息系统，以不断提高医院信息化水平。In order to know the state of hospital information construction, and put forward the countermeasures through analyses, we made investigation on the information construction of Linyi Hospital by group sampling and questionnaire survey, etc. However, the results show that the hospital is lack of information awareness, capital investment, reserve of talents, information system construction, information technology application and standard construction, etc. Herein, it suggests that the hospital should overall plan the information construction, carry out step by step, increase the capital investment, cultivate inter-disciplinary talent, and fully apply the hospital information system, to constantly enhance the hospital information level.
